Q. WILL YOU FIX MY APPLIANCE DURING THE INITIAL SERVICE?

A. It’s our goal to perform the repair on the initial appointment. Across the years, we estimate that we are successful in fixing things with just one visit about 90% of the time. We carry most of the most common replacement parts in our service vans plus all of the necessary tools to complete the job. If we do need to return to complete the work, there will be no add-on service cost.

Q. WHAT IS THE SERVICE WINDOW FOR A SERVICE CALL?

A. When you schedule a visit from one of our repairmen, we provide a two to three hour window for our arrival at your house. And, our technicians will call 15 to 20 minutes before their arrival. We know how important our customer’s time is. Because of that, we try our utmost to arrive on time. Because some services need more time than anticipated, we give our technicians a little cushion to complete one job and not be late for the next job.
